Sign ups have started and will end at 6:00 p.m. EST on Sunday January 16th. Posts made after the official end time will be deleted.
Sign up with the name that you want printed on your name badge.
Names will be added to the participants list in the order that you sign up. Once you have signed up then you will need to request to join the private forum to be marked confirmed. The private forum will have all of the hunt information.
MINORS PLEASE READ ~ if you are under the age of 18 you can sign up but you will not be able to attend the hunt without being accompanied by a parent or guardian who will also have to be a paid participant.
John and I will monitor the sign ups and if it is not correct then it will be deleted and you will have to sign up again.
Please only sign up one time.
DO NOT email us during the sign up period with questions, ask them on the forum and I’m sure they will be answered, if not by us then by someone that knows the answer.
Please keep posts to a minimum while the sign ups are going on.

Thank you for approving me. First time so I have the usual questions. Where do we send entry fee monies and how much is the fee? Will we get some sort of FAQ packet or is it on the site somewhere? For lodging purposes where should we look to stay? Will there be some sort of “pre-game” get together the day before or will it just be “meet here and we will start hunting” Coming from California so I need to start making arrangements….thanks in advance. David
You need to go to forum and request to join DIV 51 private participants forum. This confirms your spot on the participants list. Once membership request is approved you can see hunt information on that forum. I think most of the answers to your questions will be found on that DIV 51 private forum. Make sure to read and follow all instructions. Refer to the top of this forum thread, it explains the procedure that is required to move to the next step
