      Thank you all so much for the love, support, prayers, cards and gifts…..it meant a lot to both John and I.

      I just finished 12 weeks of cardiac rehab, 3 days a week for 2 hours and feel great!

      When I left the hospital on June 23rd after having a heart attach and 2 stents put it my heart was only functioning at 25 – 30%. I started rehab (and the nurses said I aced the program!!!) changed our diet and now am pleased to say that my heart function has increased to 60 – 65%! A healthy persons heart function is 55 – 70% so mine is better than a lot of people.

      All praise,thanks and glory goes to God, as our pastor said…..HE has more work for me to do!

      So let’s get the work going……We will be starting signups soon for DIV 61 and 62 that will be March 23rd – March 28th, 2026. Mark your calendars now.
