Private messages not working?

      I’ve been wanting to send a few PM’s to people but it appears as though the option for doing that is no longer available. Is it just my account having some type of issue or is it forum wide?

          Private Messaging is currently disabled.  Will be back shortly.

            I even try to send to people in my friends list by clicking in the “private message” link and get this.

             

            404 :(
