Shell Frag or not?????

Like most of you attending the upcoming DIVs, I am slowly getting my equipment ready for the six days of hunting…..while doing this, I came across some old iron I keep in a box that I found 20+ years ago and came across this piece.

The more I looked at it, the more I think it may be a shell frag. Can any of you chime in on wether or not this may be a shell frag?

  The photos you are trying to upload are too large … there is a file size restriction for uploads. if you can lower the size of the files you should have no problem uploading them.
