      We’re going to do signups different this time to avoid bogging down the website and causing people to get frustrated. You will sign up on the specified day that corresponds with your last name.

      A – C ~ sign up today 7/17 – 7/18

      D – H ~ sign up 7/19 – 7/20

      I -N ~ sign up 7/21 – 7/22

      O – S ~ sign up 7/23 – 7/24

      T – Z ~ sign up 7/25 – 7/26

      Once the participants list has been posted you will have to request to join the private forum to have access to the hunt information and

      to be marked confirmed. Please DO NOT call the hotel until the hunt information has been posted.

      The hunt will be held on Friday November 3rd – Sunday November 5th at Beauregard Farms.

      The due date for entry fees is Thursday August 31st.  If we do not receive your check and release form, then your name will be removed

      from the participants list.

      Due to the short time frame there will be no refunds.
