      You will sign up on the specified day that corresponds with your last name. If you are not able to sign up on that day then sign up when you are able to do so.

      A – C ~ sign up 1/22

      D – H ~ sign up 1/23

      I -N ~ sign up 1/24

      O – S ~ sign up 1/25

      T – Z ~ sign up 1/26

      Once the participants list has been posted you will have to request to join the private forum to have access to the hunt information and

      to be marked confirmed. Please DO NOT call the hotel until the hunt information has been posted.

      The hunt will be held on Monday – Wednesday March 24 -March 26 at Lakota Ranch

      ***** PLEASE READ – a couple fields that we couldn’t hunt the previous time will be open for hunting this time

      The due date for entry fees is Saturday February 15th.  If we do not receive your check and release form, then your name will be removed

      from the participants list.

      There will be NO refunds.
