      You will sign up on the specified day that corresponds with your last name. If you are not able to sign up on that day, then sign up when you are able to do so.

      A – C ~ sign up 10/26 – 10/27

      D – H ~ sign up 10/28

      I -N ~ sign up 10/29

      O – S ~ sign up 10/30

      T – Z ~ sign up 10/31

      This 6 day hunt will be held on Monday March 23 – Saturday March 28, 2026   at Beauregard Farms

      In order to guarantee you a slot on participants list you will need to submit a deposit of $100.00 along with your signed release form. This will be applied to your entry fee of $375 which is due by January 5th.

      Once the participants list has been posted you will have to request to join the private forum to have access to the hunt information and

      to be marked confirmed.

      If we do not receive the balance by the due date, then your name will be removed from the participants list.

      There will be NO refunds.
