This certainly has been a challenging year for all of us. But it seems that the senior citizen population has been effected the most. Many of the elderly live alone, have no family and depend on county programs for socialization. But since COVID reared its ugly head they have been isolated in their  home since March. Due to their age and health conditions they have not even been out to the grocery store or shopping at all. In partnership with  our church, Reformation Lutheran and the Culpeper Department of Human Services we have adopted 20 seniors, ranging in age from 64 to 91. Their wish list requests are very basic, nothing extravagant.

We will be accepting donations until Monday December 14th.

If you want to make a tax deductible donation make your check payable to RLC and mail to me. If you don’t want a tax deduction make checks payable to me and mail to ~

Let’s put a smile on their face and make sure they have a very Merry Christmas and know that someone cares about them.

Thank you again to those that have already made donations.
