Since there was enough interest, we will be having back to back hunts.
DIV 52 will be at Coles Hill, Monday November 7th through Wednesday November 9th.
DIV 53 will be at Beauregard, Thursday November 10th through Saturday November 12th.
Please follow these instructions to sign up.
In the text box put your FULL NAME and the HUNT YOU WANT TO ATTEND.
Example –
- For both hunts put Joe Smith – Both
- For DIV 52 only put Joe Smith – Coles Hill
- For DIV 53 only put Joe Smith – Beauregard
Once signups have ended the participants lists will be updated
At 51 we said everyone that attended Woodbourne/Riverland would automatically be added to the list for Beauregard…but since we are having 2 hunts you will need to sign up, so I know if you want to attend both or just one.
In order to have access to the hunt information you will need to request to join the private forum. Once you have been approved then your name will be marked confirmed on the participants list.
The deadline to signup will be Monday July 18th at 6:00 p.m.
The site will slow down if it gets really busy….please be patient as you have plenty of time to get your name on the list.

Can I be added as a sub if someone backs out? I didnt see the closing date for sign ups and see there are some being added as late as July 21st.
