You need to go to forum and request to join DIV 51 private participants forum. This confirms your spot on the participants list.   Once membership request is approved you can see hunt information on that forum. I think most of the answers to your questions will be found on that DIV 51 private forum. Make sure  to read and follow all instructions. Refer to the top of this forum  thread, it explains the  procedure that is required  to move to the next step

I know. Thinking about it every day. I remember you saying the wait from the fall hunt until the spring hunt rolled by fairly quickly but now we have to add about 8 months to that. I guess that gives us something to look forward to and man I’m looking forward to it.
